This three-storey detached house was meticulously designed to occupy an underutilised infill site adjacent to a historic Victorian building. The result is a harmonious blend of old and new, where innovative architectural elements complement the rich heritage of the surrounding area.

The project incorporated the preservation of historical features discovered during excavation. Our team embraced these challenges, incorporating elements like the Forest of Dean sandstone steps into the design, adding character and a tangible link to the past. The front facade of the house maintains a respectful nod to its Victorian neighbour, while the rear elevation boasts double-height glazing and a polished, contemporary finish.

Inside, the house offers four double bedrooms, a private garden, and energy-efficient systems, ensuring exceptional comfort and sustainability. This project exemplifies our commitment to creating homes that are not only visually stunning but also environmentally responsible and highly functional.
